By accessing or using Axilon Solver ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Axilon Solver provides an API for solving hCaptcha challenges using browser automation and AI. The Service is provided as-is and is intended for legitimate, lawful use only.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to harm third parties, or to attempt to disrupt or exploit the infrastructure of Axilon Solver or any third-party service.
API keys are issued per account and must not be shared or disclosed publicly. You are responsible for all usage under your API key. If you suspect unauthorized use, revoke the key immediately from your dashboard.
Each plan includes a defined quota of solves per month. Quotas are enforced at the API key level. Unused quota does not roll over. Exceeding quota will result in 429 responses until the quota resets or is increased.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and API keys at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% solve rates, uptime, or compatibility with all captcha configurations.
Axilon Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
